Return/Exchange Policy
Dear customers, we are pleased to offer a 5-day Return/Exchange policy. Kindly review our return and exchange policy in detail. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you agree to our Terms and have read and understood our Policy.
(The latest policy will officially take effect on 10 March 2025)
- Kindly contact us via Instagram (memories.plus.my) or Facebook (Memories Plus) within 5 days after parcel delivered.
- Memories provides returns all clothes/shoes (excluding sales item), it must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If items have been washed and color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
- Inner wear (such as underwear, seamless shorty) and items such as belts, socks, caps and accessories are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
- Sales item (Including Pop up store/Physical store event/Clearance promo) and sold at mark down prices due to defect cannot be returned.
- Defect sales items are not eligible for exchange.
- Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price from when the order was dropped off.
- We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
How do I return my online order?
You may return your order via the following options:
- If size not suitable or defective items received, kindly contact us via Instagram (memories.plus.my) or Facebook (Memories Plus) within 5 days after parcel delivered.
- For all return shipping fees may need to bear by customer. Memories will responsible on round trip shipping fees if only wrong size/ wrong type/ defective items more than 1cm within 5 days after parcel has been received. Memories will return the round trip shipping fee to you according to your receipt.
- In order to ensure the quality of returned and exchanged items, a processing fee of RM3 will be charged per return/exchange package (It will be deducted from the refunded Store Credit). This fee is intended to facilitate a more efficient and streamlined return and exchange process.
- It is important to choose a traceable mode of postage as we can only process the parcels that reach us.
- All items must be sent back within 5 days, it is required to be arranged for return within the specified deadline that we given.
- Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price from when the order was dropped off.
- We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
- Return Exchange can only made 1 time per order number.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.
I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?

Our Customer service will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the piece is no longer in-stock, Store Credit or a refund will be issued.
* Minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seam, slight small black dots etc will not be counted as a defect.
